Guest Eligibility
- Retreat on Estuary is an adults-only property.
- Bookings are available for guests aged 18 years and over only.
- No visitors or additional guests are permitted during your stay.
Linen & Towels
- All linen is provided for your stay.
- Please note: towels are not supplied. Guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels.
Internet & Connectivity
- No Wi-Fi is available at Retreat on Estuary.
- Due to the location and surrounding park occupancy, mobile reception and data speeds may be limited at times.
Check-in & Check-out
- Please adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times as outlined in your booking confirmation to allow for a smooth transition for incoming guests.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- We kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum during this time to respect neighbouring properties.
No Smoking
- Retreat on Estuary is a strictly non-smoking property.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the retreat or in common areas.
Facilities
- Guests are welcome to use the facilities of Estuary Hideaway Holiday Park, including the swimming pool, during their stay.
Parties & Pets
- No parties or events are permitted.
- Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
- Breach of this policy will result in immediate forfeiture of the bond and possible eviction.
